Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any funds held in such accounts may be withheld and returned to the originating payment source where possible.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full features of the bd7999 Platform, including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must create a registered account. You may only hold one account per person. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. bd7999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your bd7999 account.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the bd7999 payments team within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
bd7999 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be declined or delayed if an account has outstanding KYC requirements, open bonus wagering obligations, or if a security review has been initiated on the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bd7999 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime or any other illegal financial activity. bd7999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in line with international financial crime standards.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games, poker, or tournaments.

Where bd7999 identifies a violation of any of the above, we reserve the right to take immediate action including, but not limited to: suspending account access, voiding pending and settled bets, withholding withdrawals pending investigation, permanently closing the account, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property
All content on the bd7999 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, software, source code, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd7999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

bd7999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
Section 9
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your bd7999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, bd7999 will process any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to all applicable wagering requirements being met and KYC verification being complete. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon contacting support, provided the account was not closed for a breach of these Terms.
Suspension or Closure by bd7999: bd7999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
- The account holder is found or reasonably suspected to be under 18 years of age;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct has been identified;
- The account is suspected of being involved in money laundering or other financial crime;

Where an account is closed by bd7999 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, they will be forfeited. Where no misconduct is confirmed, verified balances will be returned to the player.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months, or an indefinite exclusion, via the account settings or by contacting the support team.
